Sayuri Sasaki Hemann.
Iowa based artist Sayuri Sasaki Hemann created this Jelly Fish installation wherein the Jelly Fish are sculpted out of organza, wool felt and other media entitled “Underwater Flight" to create a "dialogue between viewers about context and displacement." The original installation was on view at the Portland International Airport between June 2012 and January 2013, adding an extra layer of metaphor to the project’s title.
