Breathe. Youâre going to be okay. Breathe and remember that youâve been in this place before. Youâve been this uncomfortable and anxious and scared, and youâve survived. Breathe and know that you can survive this too. These feelings canât break you. Theyâre painful and debilitating, but you can sit with them and eventually, they will pass. Maybe not immediately, but sometime soon, they are going to fade and when they do, youâll look back at this moment and laugh for having doubted your resilience. I know it feels unbearable right now, but keep breathing, again and again. This will pass. I promise it will pass.

It's time to kill the idea that we can only grow and heal when we're uncomfortable. You heal every time you have a good conversation with someone. You heal every time you laugh. You heal every time something makes you smile genuinely. You heal every time you have fun creating something - anything. You heal every time you get so absorbed in something fun that you forget your struggles for a while. There is, in fact, lots of healing and growth to be found INSIDE your comfort zone.
many of us still are in the process of learning to stop associating positivity with happiness and peace with control. you can have a positive mindset and be a positive person and still experience negative emotions like sadness or frustration, and you can be at peace without knowing exactly what happens next in your life. you are not failing because you cry sometimes or because you tend to get angry, and you are not inable to be at peace because you donât know what happens next. live in the moment and do what you can and feel what you feel, thatâs all you have to do.
