The three companies that I have selected for my top competition, sell products other than bar soaps, which is my main product currently. I have tried to focus my energy into the research of hand soaps specifically, while knowing that the goal is to expand my line to include other personal care products.

Strengths and Weaknesses

I am a type A perfectionist, and detail oriented to the point where it can be debilitating.  If I do not have the time to do something exactly the way that I think I want it done, or if I don’t know exactly how I want things to be done, I wait.  This inevitably leads to having more to do, which makes the paralysis worse, and at the eleventh hour, I am rushing trying to accomplish everything.  “Some is better than none” is a mantra that I have been trying to adopt, but I am not there yet.   I am uncomfortable giving up control to another person, and micromanaging. I would rather do everything by myself, the way that I want it then have someone else share the load and risk it not being “right”.

I am calm and level headed.  I can think things through, and make decisions on the fly.  If there is an emergency or crisis, I am all over handling it and picking up the pieces.   I am orgainized and can multitask.   I have a strong work ethic and am motivated to do my best.  I have strong interpersonal communication skills, I am patient and empathetic.
