Part 1 of my blind playthrough of Kathy Rain. This part doesn’t have commentary, but the following videos will. 

Kathy Rain is a point-and-click mystery game set in the ‘90s. Kathy is a college student investigating the life and death of her grandfather. If you haven’t heard of this game, definitely give it a try! There’s a free demo on Steam if you don’t want to pay the $15 without trying it. I’m loving it so far.

Man, Croc doesn’t get enough love. I hardly ever see it mentioned in “top 10 platformer” lists. It has some faults, but I think it’s a great game. It’s hard to objectively judge a game when you loved it as a kid.

Super Mario Galaxy Coming To US Wii U eShop Tomorrow

Good news for Super Mario Galaxy fans as the critically acclaimed 3D platformer will be arriving on the Wii U Virtual Console tomorrow in North America.

the "character in the e3 trailer" (link...) is clearly male. but okay. i do agree that it would be cool to have character creation of some sort

I still suspect it might be a female Link.

Zelda Wii U theory

I think Zelda Wii U is going to be more like the action RPGs that are so popular right now. It will, at its core, still be a Zelda game, but I definitely think it’s going to have some sort of “create a character” thing at the beginning. I don’t think Linkle is just a random addition to Hyrule Warriors.

After E3 2014, there was a lot of speculation about whether or not the person on the horse was Link. Some people thought it could possibly be Zelda. Aonuma himself said, “no one explicitly said that was Link.” I know he later retracted that statement adding that he didn’t mean to imply it wasn’t Link either. 

I think Aonuma may have been alluding to the player’s ability to choose between male and female versions of Link. It makes sense that the player would be given this option in a Zelda game because Nintendo has always intended for Link to be very relatable.

I definitely think that the character on the horse in the E3 trailer is Linkle, not Link.
