The OTW has just started their semi-annual pledge drive. Twice a year, they ask for contributions to help keep the Archive site running, pay for server costs, and help support not just AO3 but a lot of other projects as well. 

If you’ve ever used Fanlore, that’s paid for by OTW donations. If you enjoy fic from old fandoms, they might have been imported to AO3 by the Open Doors project. Academically-minded fans have probably read the OTW’s peer reviewed journal, Transformative Works and Cultures. Some of you have probably even contributed articles to it. 

The OTW has done so much to support fandom over the years, and this list doesn’t even scratch the surface. I’m so proud to be able to help support them in return.

Amane: *pulls out his knife.* Absolutely fucking not.

Yashiro: For self defense reasons I'm going to pretend to be a robber. You two have to act out what you would do.

Hanako and Kou: *nods*

Yashiro: Alright *pulls out a knife* Give me all your money if you want to live!

Kou: *unfazed* bold of you to assume I have money.

Hanako: bold of you to assume I was alive in the first place.

Picture Perfect Arc Analysis

Okay, I really want to talk more about Picture Perfect arc because, honestly, it’s very depressing no matter which way you look at it. On one hand, Hanako created this whole world just so Nene could remain alive, and on the other, Hanako created this whole world so he could be alive, too.

What’s especially tragic about this is that Hanako was planning on leaving at the end of the day. He loved the existence in the mirror world so much, but he still feels that he needs to atone for his crime, so he plans to leave after Nene and Kou lose their memories of the real world. He’ll be without their companionship, but they’ll be happy, and that’s what’s most important to him.

Yashiro: *Waking up behind the both of them.* It's too early for this. *Slams her pillow into Tsukasa.*

Hanako: I like... Yeshio, Yoshro, Yaasho, Nenoi, Neshiro, Nae—

Kou: *patting Hanako on the back.* It's okay, just think out what you want to say.

Hanako: *points to Yashiro* DAIKON!!

Akane: I guarantee you, twenty years from now I will be Aoi's second husband.

Aoi: Second?? What happened to my first?

Akane: Nothing you can prove.
