I’m breaking up with food.
I’ve just had my first appointment with a dr to start a medically supervised, very low calorie diet. I just don’t want to think about food anymore and I need to lose weight. I need to lose like a full grown adult person...my current weight is 270 and my goal weight is 150. That’s a person I need to lose. My husband has agreed to take care of his own food so I can just focus on me for the moment.
Next step is to get blood tests so they can officially clear me medically. They said by this time next week I should have the food packets and be ready to go.
