If I’m ever CEO of a corporation:

1. No infosec training videos. Ever

1a. We’ll keep the annual sexual harrassment training videos though, don’t seem to be sticking, so we watch them until EVERYONE gets it

2. Take the CTO. Don’t ask me for approval, take it. You’re an adult. Get the work done. Work hard play hard.

3. Free breakfast burritos. Every morning. Spare no expense.

4. Healthcare? Fully covered.

5. Bad year? No C-suite bonuses.
