While she was concentrated on her reading, Rikako didn’t notice that someone had stopped and was now staring in her direction, until she flipped the page and looked up for a moment, catching a glimpse of the man but not giving it too much thought; even though it could be annoying, it was something the girl was used to, also at school there were several people who were hanging off her words, praising her and filling her ears with some shallow compliments. For this reason, having the eyes of a stranger set on her was not that awkward, not to her, and if it was the case… then she would defend herself accordingly.
"Look like the innocent flower, But be the serpent under it.”
Lady Macbeth’s words were particularly fitting in that moment, now with her senses alerted, the black-haired kept an eye on him, still acting perfectly natural, like a completely unaware prey.
Crossing her legs, Rikako’s look never let go of the book’s page until a voice distracted her, arriving rather expected as he appeared to have finally decided to make his move. Her eyes gleamed at the artificial light the moment she finally acknowledged the man’s presence, quickly studying the man’s features before a polite smile lighted up her features. “Good evening”. Of course, she had no memory of the man’s face, a perfect stranger. Closing the book with a delicate movement, Rikako focused her attention on the male, with a single thought in her mind.
Annoying.
"Is there something you need? Or, do we know each other? Unfortunately, I can’t recall having ever met you, sir".
Argh.
It seemed, to Ryuunosuke, that spending some time with the girl in front of him was going to be a difficult task, but not because of that he'd back off, of course.
With a small, low chuckle, the redhead smiled at her again, extending his hand to her.
"My name is Ryuunosuke."
He wasn't expecting a cheerful response, certainly, and wasn't too caught in by her gaze more than he was by her skin, a perfect shade of paleness that he only now figured to adore. Imagining it with blood dripping over it, with or without her limbs still attached... ah, the wonders of excitement that ran through his veins in that exact moment probably were enough to allow the girl to notice that he wasn't a simple stranger passing by.
And again, he couldn't say to be sure yet that he wanted to cut her open. There were certain hints along the way that could make him understand her real nature as well, but were yet to be picked up - and still, were clearly sensed. In regards to that, Ryuunosuke nodded to himself and took a wise decision - that to wait until things were more clear. For the time being, he was simply interested in the high school girl, he wanted to know more.
"Do you think you could say we've met now?"
