An instant reaction whenever you sit on a toilet is, to actually go to the toilet. I guess it can be likened to the types of tears we have; basal, reflex and emotional. Although I wouldn't call it 'a need for constant lubrication' or that an emotional connection is required when going to the toilet. But it would fall more under the reflex category, a trigger. So initially when you sit, you go and then you meditate. And during that you go again and again. Then more time passes and then again. Not because you need to but because of the reflex and the nature of the environment. It was equally as disruptive as the fly that was constantly bumping along the mirror to get a better look at its reflection.
