my goal for this month is to get my step count back up. I used to walk (at least) 10k steps every day consistently, but recently it’s been impressive if I even hit 3k…
I’ve started going on walks after dinner, nothing insane, just 30 minute walks around the neighborhood. I’ll probably walk to class today as well, which should be 2x 20 minutes. For now I’m just aiming to get back up to 5k a day!
