To heal the heart, you must heal the soul. To heal the soul, you must treat your body with care. When the body is neglected, the heart will feel it.

You are not getting what you are manifesting because you are not direct. Asking for what you want is not how you receive the life that is already yours. If you do not demand what you want in your own life, how else will you get it? Is it not your life that you are in control of? so why ask what you are in control of.

You are the vessel of beauty, you are what your ancestors poured into. You are the walking version of love, so live like it and love yourself. For all of your imperfections, somebody loves it so be that somebody and stop waiting for an external force when self love is the strongest love that attracts confidence.

If you are not receiving the blessings you want, you must stop focusing on what you do not have and focus on how you already have those blessings. Nothing will come from living in the past, you must live in the future because everything you want, you already have.

Why are you insecure when youre living your own life? You live for yourself, so take control. You are not getting what you want because you are the enemy in your own story for putting yourself down. Everyone wants an uncrossing but you are actively blocking the things that want to come your way. Look yourself in the mirror and recognize that who you see, is the person you are living for. You do not see anybody else in your reflection so stop adapting your life to others
