Seventeens new single, Lasso U. The song starts with a twang of a banjo and the camera pans to the Joshua sat in a rocking chair playing with a banjo, with one of those long pieces of grass sticking out of his mouth. The chorus hits and its Vernon singing off-key while everyone is line dancing around him. The choreography point is everyone doing the chuck lasso move while seokmin hits the high note while doing the horse move, they’re all tryna lasso him

Imagine their first Lasso U stage. Seungcheol enters the stage walking sideways, gripping his belt. He stops and starts tapping with the heal of his sparkly pastel cowboy boots. He shows his almost toothless smile. Then, with his hillbilly accent, he shouts: “Are y’all ready to cook this possum?!” The crowd goes wild. Seungcheol yee-haws and the spotlight turns on Joshua, who starts playing the banjo, rocking in his chair furiously. He spits the long piece of grass out of his mouth and screams: “Where y’all at?!” Vernon appears behind Seungcheol and fires his gun while screaming: “Y’all buckaroos better be ready!” He smiles, showing his golden teeth. The crowd goes even wilder when the other members start jumping out behind Joshua’s rocking chair and start square dancing. Mingyu joins Joshua, playing the cow bell, while Jihoon, having his signature ponytail hairstyle, plays the comb. Jeongkan has the sparkliest belt buckle, while Seungkwan has the tightest pants. Jun and The8 have matching boots and hats. Dino has the longest tassles on his plaid shirt. Out of no where, a big rodeo bull shows up on stage and Dokyeom jumps on it. Hoshi appears behind him and yee-haws, trying to lasso him while he’s still on the bull. Then Wonwoo appears dressed as a rodeo clown and lassos them both.
