This isnât going to be a popular post but here goes:
I am an American, so I canât begin to imagine what my tumblr friends in the UK and elsewhere must be feeling. I can say that I have followed and loved the Royal family my whole adult life; from the traditions, the pomp and circumstance, and that the leader and monarch is a strong, kind and powerful woman. I have loved it all.
Like many of you, I caught on to MM from the beginning; it was obvious to any of us who have had any life experience with people that her intentions were questionable.
The problem I have with where we are now with this dysfunctional, disheartening, reprehensible and VERY sad shit show is how it reflects on the BRF. I truly understand how hard it is to have a child that, for whatever reasons you feel compelled to give in to, to baby, to enable, etc etc. But the RF has access to THE BEST professionals in the world. Psychiatrists, doctors, social workers, and advisors that could have (and SHOULD HAVE) instructed and educated on how to stop enabling Harry (years ago) , helping him to have a healthy life, providing him with the tools needed to navigate his way to a healthy adult who had the platform to truly make a difference. That didnât happen.
So when this AWFUL manipulator came into his life, they had ANOTHER chance to step in. Again....where were the professionals, the psychiatrists, the experts, the people who are the LEADERS in their respective fields, who could have, should have intervened, who should have said âDONT GIVE IN TO DEMANDSâ? What in the hell happened? Maybe there were advisors who recommended certain action steps but the family refused; maybe these âprofessionalsâ neglected the oaths they took because they put their adulation of the royals over their professional oaths. But whatever happened, this is a sad show from a family who could have nipped this in the bud right out of the gate. Social media is an unfair and disgusting g beast; but itâs a part of our culture, whether we like it or not. And the narrative is unfortunately one that the royal family is being portrayed as weak, I hope and pray for a positive outcome. I also hope that the professionals who could have helped them will realize the part they have also played in this very sad show. đ
I posted this months ago. Now look where we are today: death threats against W&K, uproar from people around the world, and the slow loss of respect for the Queen. This will be in the history books for all time, and the Queens WONDERFUL REIGN will always have MMâs name attached to it, and the baffling question as to why hardly anything was done to stop this z-list psychopath. I donât know if I can even keep reading about it anymore. I am, like so many of you sickened by her.
