This one is hard to translate. Literally, it would be “you’re getting led by the tip of the nose”, but it basically means that Manon has her twisted around her little finger. To me “pushover” sounds a bit harsher from Alya.

In French, Alya calls Manon “asticot”, which means worm or maggot. It’s an affectionate nickname (I swear) used for little kids who move and twist around a lot. (She says “small fry” in English.)
