Rules

✓ Crossovers. Whether it’s television shows, movies, books, cartoons, my muses are ready to cross over all sorts of dimensions and universes! Some of our coolest collaborations have been between such contrasting canon characters and they’re always a blast!

✓ AUs. Listen…listen…the Casimire has every universe at its fingertips (I say to make any excuse I can for another au). I just love exploring and expanding on new ideas/concepts/backdrops for our characters! So if you have an AU idea 👀

✓ Duplicates (in regards to Jenny—The Doctor’s Daughter, or any of my other canon characters). The wonderful things about Jennys is that with regenerations and time, anything is possible! Different experiences can bring out a whole different Jenny, so we love getting to meet them! (Same can be said for my Mariah/MC from Mystic Messenger and Padmé from Star Wars)

✗ NO smut/pornographic content. Mun is not comfortable writing or discussing those topics, please and thank you. Anytime a thread/ask goes in that direction I’ll be fading to black or skipping ahead. Please do not send me nude or porn photos/content.

✗ NO Occult/Paranormal content. Another personal preference but Mun is not comfortable writing or interacting with muses or content heavily involved with or including the following

You can assume my muse hands yours a wrench if they ask, but please don’t speak for them on how they do it or what they say). If you want more detail please feel free to ask what they may do in a situation and I’ll be more than happy to fill in those gaps!

✗ NO pressure/stress/guilt-tripping. I appreciate reminders on waiting replies as sometimes I may forget to add one to my drafts, but please don’t get upset with me or accuse me of showing favouritism if I don’t reply quickly. I do apologize I sometimes take longer to reply. I don’t have a set schedule on which drafts I get to or when I get to them, I just go with what I have the motivation and inspiration at the time for. Thank you for understanding.

muses are multiship unless otherwise stated (ie. those specified as singleship)

ships are primarily chemistry based, however even brief interactions can reveal a spark! Feel free to ask if you see something between them

some friendships/connections/events may be fixed elements to all my muses’ verses, and they may mention your muse or past muses in other threads if they’re friends/SOs (I will make sure to ask active muns)

I don’t write romantic or sexual m/m or f/f ships. This is just personal preference. Playful flirting is fine

there is no fixed setting or country that my muses are currently residing in, they are left open to wherever is best suited for the thread

some of my muses are bilingual or trilingual or can sign, I will often italicizes when they do to differentiate when they’re speaking that language verses their native tongue (during interactions where such is required)

"It's best to not explain the version of him in our world. You know that would be a breach in privacy, right?"

"...But he asked nicely?"

Hazel levels a deadpan stare at Zephyr, her bottom lip twitching.

"Asking nicely doesn't warrant the right to learn the truth," she explains. "Don't even think about hinting our version in the slightest, otherwise that'll force me to put a strike on you."

Zephyr pouts, sighing loudly. "Oh c'mon, boss, it won't hurt to tell him! What's Minjae gonna do, travel to Armede and take his place?"

"Don't even joke about that, Zephyr," Hazel admonishes, before clearing her throat. "Regardless, my answer is no and that is final. You have more important, and urgent, things to do. Now, go do that before that strike really does become true."

Zephyr's wings flutter as he grumbles quietly to himself, stomping away from their hideout before taking off running, black wings extending to take flight.

He's already several kilometers away from the hideout, fingertips brushing the clouds in his path. He's already charted a course for somewhere that wasn't his actual assigned destination, somewhere that he had already planned on going anyway. Already, Zephyr can make out the large array of flowerbeds and foliage dotting around the Po cottage.

There's nothing wrong in sharing information if it was in the public domain, right? Everyone in the traveler academy knew about the jeweler's life and comeuppance, it wasn't necessarily secret. Sure, Hazel spilled more about him when they were joined as a squad, but those were details that were kind of a given, if Zephyr really put his mind to it. Besides, Minjae was not the type to use information against someone, much less in an evil way.

With all things considered, Zephyr knew that Minjae was an honest man. The latter had always seemed sincere and never stated otherwise. Despite all the human garbage that the winged man had met in his last cycle, Minjae was one of the few that made saving humans worth doing.

With that type of rationale in mind, Zephyr nodded to himself before diving straight to the Po household, stopping right before the shiny, mahogany door. With three short knocks, the man of the house responds, a small Amelia and Penelope in tow.

"Minjae! You're a sight for sore eyes," Zephyr exclaims, crouching down to the two youngest of the Pos. "Hi my little hummingbirds, you two been good with mommy and daddy?"

Penelope nods vigorously, one tiny hand clutched to her older sister's, the other dragging a stuffed animal forward. "We good always!"

Zephyr flashes them both a radiant smile, before standing back up and returning his gaze to Minjae. "So, Minjae, I've actually got a story for you...and I think you're gonna like it."

Long ago, before the rise of the Canterbury generation, there was a generation known as the Dreamers. The Dreamers consisted of all the travelers preceding Hazel's time, including her parents in that mix. As per each generation, there are always notary figures that stand out among the rest.

During the transition ceremony, one of the inductees from Cathair was offered with a...peculiar outcome.

Normally, wherever someone is hailing from, their abilities as travelers merely advance and expand. For instance, all flyers who go through the transition ceremony have their flight powers enhanced and magnified. The portals usually don't provide other abilities otherwise. Yet, with the case of the current royal jeweler, Sujin, he wasn't the same.

Realistically, he was supposed to arrive in the training camp with more enhanced intellect, since Cathairans are hailed for their known intelligence. When Sujin arrived on the other side of the portal, his complexion had changed completely. Silver eyes were subverted to a molten gold, skin radiating a halcyon hue. Once dark locks had lightened to a shimmery blonde, raining down to his waist. The clothes on his back had been shredded and affixed with tiny sparks of light.

He was found screaming.

At the time, their majesties were mystified and alarmed at the reveal of Sujin, his screams of agony resonating throughout the entire training camp. The colonels and general took him into the infirmary bay and kept him isolated for well over two weeks with no favorable outcome.

They said he was mumbling and screaming for the better of the day, when he wasn't sedated. He would speak about random events that people close to him knew had never occurred to him, and would constantly cry gold when it became too much.

Soon, the general became overwhelmed by the prospect of having such an ill traveler among their midst. Other travelers would certainly not be motivated to continue in their training if he continued to plague the ears of all those nearby. There had to be a solution before they eventually...terminated him.

The answer came when the royal jeweler at the time, visited the training camp.

Aura, as he was known, was the best and only royal jeweler of his generation. He crafted the most beautiful pieces that accompanied all in the royal gentry. His reason for being there, so it seems, was to begin making preparations for the royal jewels that would adorn Hazel's parent's graduation ceremony.

As strict as he was, Aura was curious about these rumors regarding the boy who was plagued by visions and cried gold. Why, anyone in the jeweling business would be interested in someone who could internally produce precious metal, no?

However, upon arriving to the isolation pod, Aura was immediately attuned and affixed to Sujin. Aura felt a pull to the agonizing boy, overwhelmed by the latter’s suffering. According to Aura, Sujin was muttering things about a scientist being pulled apart by sun rays and then shifted to a king being deceived by his subjects.

When Sujin met eyes with Aura, Sujin’s eyes flashed, all muttering subsiding. No one really knows what happened afterwards in the isolation pod, only that the screams had stopped altogether.

Days later, Aura was found walking on the training grounds alongside Sujin, the gold-haired boy hanging on to every word the jeweler said. The general and colonels had desired to know what Aura had done to calm down Sujin, but Aura merely stated that he had finally found his new apprentice.

Fast forward, Sujin became one of the most prestigious graduates alongside the royals. He was not fit to travel, according to him and Aura, but he was to take the place of Aura as new jeweler. The only differences that Sujin offered were that he desired to create jewelry for all travelers and the royals…

And that he could infuse magic into the jewelry created.

Thus, from Hazel’s generation forward, Sujin has been there to create an array of jewelry and magical items that all travelers carry with them. Without Sujin, traveling to other worlds would be that much more difficult.

Still, rumor has it that the disease that plagued Sujin all those days and years later is that he saw all of his lives, of all of his doppelgängers, all at once. Being affected by the portals scrambled his mind and body so much that he gained such an ability and still has visions or nightmares of his doubles.

Only time will tell if this will be for better or worse...especially for the people of Armede.

Penelope's eyes widened tenfold, tiny mouth gaping. "All of them??"

Zephyr nods almost in a serious manner at Penelope, dark eyes directed at the toddler.

"If you hold his hands too tightly though, all of your doubles might just come out and get you!" Zephyr immediately reaches forward and snatches Penelope and Amelia, twirling both girls as they screeched and giggled.

"But it's only a rumor. No one in Armede actually knows for sure," the winged man says after putting the girls down, stretching his limbs. "Though it is kinda strange that he only ever wears gloves."

"Will we get to meet him?" Penelope asks boldly, gaze trained on Zephyr.

Zephyr takes a cautious breath, peering from both girls to their father. With a sad and nervous smile, he answers:

"Maybe. But, not in this lifetime."

Or ever.

Starter for @intergalacticxmisfits - Mei x Nala

Mei had yet to reveal she wasn't human to her fairly new friend so despite being in the water she was in her human form. It took a lot of energy so she was happy to be wearing her special necklace which helped her hold this form. She was wearing a pretty swimsuit which made being in this form more enjoyable "oh that looks like a conch shell. Normally a creature lives inside but that one looks vacant. It's very pretty!" Mei smiled as she swam over to get a better look at the large shell.

"It's very pretty. It would be great on a vanity. You could put some fake pearls in it for decoration" She looked over the shell as her friend held it "Want more? I can hold my breath a while. I could dive down and get a few more. We can bring them to the shore and save them near our bags" she dived down before her friend could answer. She grabbed a couple of shells and swam back up "Oh wow. I found a pearl! This would look beautiful on a necklace for you"

Why what a most wonderful idea! Yet before the flurry of excitement could escape her lips, Mei disappeared once more beneath. She tried to peer through the rippling waves, the refraction alongside her own reflection making Mei out to be a vague collection of colours and shapes, yet Nala still tried. Why she collected as much air as she could as she dipped her head below, only to break the surface once more upon her friend’s return. “Oh wow it’s…it’s so pretty!” Certainly so, why she couldn’t take her eyes off of it. “I’ve never seen a pearl before! I’ve heard of them but never ever saw one like in real life! It’s amazing!”

Swiftly to her feet Jenny stood, following eagerly in tow. “Fun is what it’s all about, isn’t it?” Jenny grinned with a playful nudge. “You know, I can’t think of the last time I’ve bowled, unless you count knocking over bottles on the starboard bow with a dubbi fruit. Not as fun, though. Tend to leave quite the mess too.” Indeed, it wasn’t far—certainly not far for Jenny to go on the name of fun. Reaching for the door, she held it open for Krystal to pass through. “So, what are we looking at? Five blokes? Or ten?”

With a slight skip to her step as she caught back up with her, there was an eager nod of understanding—why how many times after she’d set the ship on a steady sail to tuck in for the night had she passed by the lounge only to be sucked into several rounds of Poccarian poker. “Oh, you and me both, mate. ‘cept my Achilles heel is cards. Can’t escape ‘em even if I wanted to. Say, you play?”

Oh, she could not believe her eyes. How they widened almost twice their size and the pools of her pupils bloomed with excitement. Why this was the most wonderful thing she’d ever laid her gaze upon!

And the feel, why it was even more wonderful. Mariah had never felt anything so soft, so plush, so unbelievably like being swallowed in what she could only imagine a marshmallow cushion would feel like. Truly a mistake had been made, for how could she ever depart from the comfort of such coziness ever again?

Stepping out and into his gaze, she twirled as the striped tabby tail followed behind. Why this had captured her childhood hopes and dreams! How had he known? Somehow he always knew. He knew exactly what made her heart flutter and soar, he knew what made her squeal with glee. Somehow he always knew exactly what made her happy.

But perhaps, soulmates always knew. Perhaps they’d been tied so tightly by the cosmic threads and nestled right next to her heart that he could hear its whispers.

It certainly would explain how he never failed to bring such pure and utter joy from her.

Mariah could hardly contain the giddy smile that tugged each corner of her lips, and lifting her arms the puffed loose sleeves only emphasized the adorable that made her smile even more.

“Well? What do you think, Saeyoungie?” She winked. “You know what this means, right? We need a matching one for you! Hang on let me…” pulling out her phone she was quick to pull up a search, fingers flying to add to her cart. “I’m thinking…black cat? Or how about a calico?”
