Seasonal raw vegan apple-cinnamon breakfast bowl. So good on a cool & damp fall morning. To make I just pulsed 5 small gala apples (coarsely chopped), 6 pecans, 8 small medjool dates (chopped up beforehand), and 2 teaspoons of cinnamon in a food processor. Mixed in some pomegranate seeds afterwards, and topped it with 1 blended frozen banana. Quick & simple!
