A new character has just joined our dnd party - Corentine Akeldama Gethen, a tiefling druid, played by @juleseliowestmay. Coren is currently working on a recipe book, and so far all we know is that smelly mushrooms are involved somehow, but personally, I'm very excited about it. And we are currently in the middle of snooping around a vampire's mansion, so who knows what fascinating things we will learn about cuisine!

...it's probably all just plain unseasoned human blood, yeah.

I’ve been playing ace attorney games lately for the first time, but I started with the Great Ace Attorney because of reasons, so moving on to the original trilogy gave me whiplash

a character from Ugru’s party - an undead dwarf sea captain - recently finished his personal arc, and along with his undead crew, set off on a mission to the stars on a hijacked spelljammer to face almost certain death, leaving the party planetside. It was very cool and badass and emotional and I am trying to work through the feels by making art, as one does.

Over the course of 10+ game nights, my half-orc wizard Ugru got himself an updated wardrobe for winter, got to pretend to be a legit scholar rather than an overenthusiastic self-taught amateur, and adopted a bunch of basilisk eggs. For research. He’s not their dad now or anything, at all. Totally.

The basilisks haven’t even hatched yet, but he’s already got plans (to hug them immediately, how much longer does he have to wait)
