Helter skelter

I am watching a documentary movie thing about what happened about the killings of helter skelter or whatever its called where he brain washes all these girls to kill all these people about a racism war that was stated in this mans mind from the Beatles, he was a smart insane man if that makes sense but all those women were sentenced to life in prison I do believe in my opinion its so crazy to me I want to learn more but there's only so much on him. But the point is, I wonder if there was a reason he went the way he was, was he just messed up or did something/someone mess him up or was it just the drugs I don't think I'll ever know that persons craziness or how he brain washed those girls besides them being on drugs, that was the "norm" so were their brains fried to the point they were zombified or was it something more. Did anyone else have these questions?? 😶💀👿

Is anyone stressed out?

Is anyone else stressed about graduating? Or have any tips how to relief stress, who is also graduating or close to graduating or had already graduated can some one give me tips to calm down?
