Hello! Welcome to my blog!

You may call me Katie or James (She/Her or He/Him) and I am 30+ years old. I self-ship with the Queen of Hearts from the animated 1951 Disney film Alice in Wonderland (the King of Hearts is a platonic f/o) and I post both regular fan content with them and self-ship stuff here! I have a self-insert who is a mix between the canon King in the movie, myself, and the King from the books.

I also write fanfics for the movie on Ao3 under the name EmergencyMayonnaise, and have a fan character called the Joker! She ends up becoming the villainous sidekick for the Queen and King in my fic, "Still She Haunts Me Phantomwise," and is just as awful as they are.

I am VERY non-sharing with the both the Queen and King of Hearts. People who treat these two with respect, are very polite towards others, and don't strike me as dangerous are greatly appreciated here. I only block when it's something serious.

That aside, I love meeting other Alice in Wonderland fans who enjoy the Disney movie or the books or any adaptation! Classic hand-drawn Disney films are my favorite and I love Disney villains. :D I love it when people interact with me even if I seem aloof or guarded. If I think you're interesting, I may lurk for a while and eventually reach out!

Gush Post Yay

Oh, I love them so much. Not even just together as a villainous couple or a wholesome couple. I just love them in general. They both have always filled my life up with so much joy and hope during the times I needed it most or just on a normal day. They showed up when I was twelve in a dream and the Queen was very serious when she said I could see here whenever I wanted to. And even when the excitement needed to be recharged for a few years, she and the King were still there for me. I see it in my work from that time. They had so much influence on so many things that I never realized until now and I'm very happy with how far I've come on my creative journey.

And they will continue to and will always accompany me whenever I creating something. The Queen keeps asking me when the next chapter will be finsihed and if she can have super extra special information that nobody else knows about yet. She likes to share what she writes with me as well and it's cute. I reminds me of the poems Lewis Carroll would write. I sometimes feel bad because I think I'm making her impatient, but while she's very excited, she said she's just happy to be with me (I will get this fic done because I love it, I'm stubborn, and she's so cute when she's all :D ).

And the King is also very kind. He checks up on me occasionally. It doesn't need to be after a good day or bad one. He just wants to say hello and see how I'm doing. I once was curious how he felt about me, and he said he is not good with words which isn't why he doesn't show up as much as the Queen, but he said he appreciates me and that the Queen cares about me a lot. We got to go on an adventure in one dream I had a few weeks ago (he wasn't feeling well in the one last night; food poisoning oops the Queen was in denial that it was her baking that caused it, but I won't get into that. The catfight between her and the Joker was entertaining to watch).

We were exploring something that looked like the Ancient Zora waterworks. He was very curious about the Keese until they attacked us both and he accidentally zapped me with a shock fruit when trying to defeat them! He felt bad, lol. It was dark in the pipes, so I shlwed him a star fragment rod. He liked how it made everything light up and the sparkles bounced and danced all over the pipes. We found a luminous stone talus. I told him that they have a glowing heart inside them that can be put on a stick. He wanted to see what this looks like, and then the talus appeared underneath him!

Never underestimate the King of Hearts skills with a hammer. I know that was a gavel in the film, but you should've seen he pound this luminous stone talus. He was doing great until it flung him off and he passed out LMAO I beat the rest and put a heart on the stick and gave it to him. He was very happy... and hopefully doesn't have a concussion, forgive me, my dear. Your husband is incredible at dominating and pounding things much larger than he is.

I love them so much. They mean everything to me and I'm happy I mean everything to them and that they love each other too. When I find my wife in real life, and she's the right one, no fear, not bullshit, they will be very happy for the both of us too. It sounds like a mushy fairytale but it's its my mushy fairy tale. I love them so much.

On May 18th, I had the honor of watching Maxwell Atoms draw my beloved prankster duo on livestream! If anyone ever wondered what Puppy Love would look like in his style, there's an answer now.

I would say I couldn't believe Grim lost his scythe again, but that is quite believable, actually... :P (Sorry, Grim!)

What do you mean she's beaten people and other things up for my sake four times in my dreams now I'm crying. 😂 That's two times more than for the canon King, lmao.

So I've been playing Breath of the Wild Master Mode on my Switch and last night, the Queen showed up in my dreams again as she normally does. She's very affectionate whenever she sees me unless something else nearby pisses her off and her attention suddenly shifts (she always goes back to :D afterwards though like nothing happened tho lol as she does). That's exactly what occurred here!

She was being very affectionate towards me and then this guardian stalker shows up out of nowhere! In case anyone isn't super familiar with Zelda or Breath of the Wild, Guardians are these ancient mechanical weapon thingies that got hijacked by the bad guy in the titular game. The Guardian Stalkers are these huge spider bug apparatuses that chase you and one-shot you with lasers that are hard to dodge while playing very scary music. They were a meme for a huge reason LOL. I love destroying them in the game. Chasing them down, shooting them in the eye, cutting off their legs off, and beating them to death is SO much fun!

Anyway, so one of those things shows up, scary music and all, and the Queen was SO appalled by this that she destroyed the damn thing in one go. 😂 It even made the mechanical breaking apart noise like it does in the game when defeated and turned into a pile of ancient gears. AND SHE WAS JUST FINE AFTERWARDS LIKE NOTHING HAPPENED LMAO OKAY

Absolutely terrified of a giant child and hides behind her braver husband in the movie, but thumps a freakin' guardian stalker of all things with her bare hands for merely looking at me like it just took a dump in her cereal.

I gotta share my other dreams with her here, lol. She appears all the time and I've got a lot of funny ones. The King pops up less frequently, but we always enjoy seeing each other. :D

I am here! Been busy with some stuff. I am writing and drawing more though! Just haven't been posting it publicly. I got the whole synopsis for chapter five done! Now to write the rough draft of the body! I'll probably write out the synopses for six and seven (don't say it 🙏🏻) next. The story should end at around nine chapters!

On a happy note, I can finally draw the King of Hearts on model! Have a traumatized doodle of him in the meantime.
