Things to look forward to in winter

To be Th!n you have to fall in love with hunger. The feeling of being empty. Embrace it.
I will not remember the taste.
what helps me to avoid eating:
- brushing teeth
- smoking a joint (not recommended, you can get addicted - in the beginning it will increase hunger)
- painting my nails
- doing the dishes
- cleaning my apartment
- watching youtube or shows and movies related to eating disorders (if u want to, i can make a list <3)
- sleep! especially when night cravings are hitting, you'll feel so proud the next day
- writing
- browsing through edblr or edtwt
- paint a picture with acryls (even if they're not good, it's fun)
- showering
- taking pictures of my body
- lipgloss
- drink water till i'm full
- do yoga (i hate sport, i'm more of a sit and âď¸ve kinda girl)
- go online shopping withot actually buying stuff
i can't think of any more at the moment, tell me if you want a pt.2 <3
In case you need to hear this,
~ That craving will last 10 minutes. Your body will last a lifetime. Choose wisely. Hunger isnât an emergency. Youâre just used to overfeeding yourself.
~ That food isnât worth it. Youâve already felt the regret before. Youâve had enough comfort. Now you need consequences.
~ The body you want isnât built through cravings, itâs built through control. Eating because youâre bored? Congrats, you just gave up progress for entertainment.
~ You donât need motivation. You need to grow up and do what needs to be done. Youâll never be proud of yourself if you keep choosing whatâs easy.

Tips to help you â¨â¨
đş Donât eat in your room, always eat in front of people so youâre more conscious of what you eat. This will make you eat less. You donât want anyone thinking youâre a đˇ because you eat so much, do you?
đ´ If you want food, burn the cals of the food off first. Once youâre done, you might not want the food anymore. If you do, at least your net will be 0.
đŹ Think of food as poison. If youâre not scared to eat, youâre doing it wrong.
đ Try only eating one thing. Make sure itâs not something that you crave because then you will just give in, but itâs typical for you to give in, isnât it? For example, only eat apples. When you feel hungry, ask yourself, âAm I hungry enough to eat this apple?â If your answer is no, then close the fridge.
đ Always workout before eating. If youâre hungry but youâre not willing to workout first, then are you even that hungry?
𼼠Before eating, consume 3dtt, 3dtwt, and 3dblrr for motivation not to. You might feel so guilty afterwards that youâll actually put the fork down and not stuff your face.
