I’ve been in love before, and it was more than I could ever ask for. I’ve felt heartache and have lived through some of life’s most important lessons. But now I am back at where I started. Alone. I wonder if I’ll ever find you. That’s really all I want. To feel that way with someone again. Every night I dream of finding you. You’ll be the one to take all my troubles away. The person who just gets me. The one to hold my hand when I’m feeling my worst, and the one to live life’s greatest moments with. Whoever you are, if I’ever find you, please know I’m longing for you. But at this moment, I am completely given up on the verb love. It’s a beautiful concept, but if I stay this way, I will be content in thinking it is not for me.
