Kinda Desperate lol

Hey, folks! So I finally hopped on the bandwagon and started a Patreon page! It would really mean the world to me if you'd take a look at it and the rewards I'm offering and consider making a small donation, either one time, or monthly. As it stands now, I am in serious risk of not being able to continue doing artwork. I'm in serious financial straights rights now and every last penny helps. If I have to get a second job, I will never have time to work on art or craftwork for the foreseeable future. Not having the ability to work on art would destroy me, in all seriousness. It's the only thing that has kept me going through the loss of my boyfriend and my best friend this year. A #WIP of a character lineup I sketched at work recently for a potential #comic. :3 Just wanted to give some #reference for myself of the #size differences between each of the main #characters. All of the characters belong to either me or @gingerpepp ❤️

Another #WIP of a quick little doodle I did yesterday. My lines need a TON of work. x__x But drawing more crystals is helping me to better figure out where to give lines weight to make them more dimensional. And I also need to figure out how to steady my hand and stop getting so wrapped up in the tiny details. I will fuck up a line and then keep going over it again and again in a feeble attempt to make the lines more uniform, but by then, the line is way thicker than its supposed to be. So then I try to compensate by thickening up the other lines around it, making that one object much thicker than anything else in the drawing. So to compensate for that, I end up doing the same thing to everything else to make all the lines in the drawing “even”, but it always just makes it worse. >.O In the end, this came out busy and not at all like I’d intended. Overall I could have done much better. I’m going to do this one again and try to correct what I mentioned above and hopefully I’ll see some improvement with my lines, composition and symmetry. But I do like the concept! Even if it’s not totally original.
