Full Moon in Leo March 5th 2015

In vedic Astrology, the Moon represents our ability to feel, reflect and create emotional connections. Additionally, the sign of Leo has to do grandeur, inspiration and sattvic upliftment. In this full moon, our minds perceive that we can conquer and overcome. We feel emotionally uplifted and naturally inspired. While this is all very positive, we must be careful to not become overbearing and emotionally domineering towards others with our feelings. As the Moon wanes after it is full remember to always continue to integrate your feelings with a higher group/service connection. With the Sun in Aquarius directly opposite the Moon, the higher self within us all feels compelled toward more humanitarian purposes and generosity. With this Aquarius Leo axis, our soul energy must try to connect with the "manas"/mind in order to foster a balance between service & humility and individuality & dominance.

Mars has entered Pieces!! Mars in Pieces is like a spiritual soldier. Mars helps us take up the paths that are more disciplined when it comes to spirituality, God’s grace, and Dharmic teachings. Mars is a naturally fiery planet and and while he is debilitated (giving propensity for lower functioning qualities) in the water sign of Cancer, he does seemingly well in Pieces. Here Mars makes us aware of our spiritual duty to ourselves and can give us the capabilities to be consistent and progressive on this path.
