Yoga Sutras 3.4 ~ त्रयमेकत्र संयम Trayamekatra saṁyamaḥ ~ Trayam, three; ekatra, together; saṁyamaḥ, samyama ~ These three performed together is called samyama. ~ Dharana (concentration), dhyana (meditation) and samadhi (meditative absorption) together are called as samyama, antar sadhana of the Ashtanga Yoga. This samyama is inner yoga, rest of the five limbs of the Ashtanga are meant for prepare and support these three last limbs. Meditation starts with concentration and it leads to full absorption of the mind, samadhi. The Conscious Level of Enlightenment

One does not 'find' the truth, so it is futile to 'seek' it. Divinity reveals itself effortlessly.

There is the sudden agony of dying, and then a profound awe as the Truth of All Creation reveals itself as the everlasting Self, beyond all time, before all worlds, before all universes, in all its Absolute Perfection and Beauty in which and by which all form is merely perception, with no independent existence. All is One; there is no 'here' or 'there', no subject or no object, no 'me' or 'you'. The mind is stilled forever. There is no individual self. All Is by virtue of its own essence and shines forth spontaneously in absolute perfection. There is no causality; everything already is. The body is mainly an 'it', a karmic wind-up toy that goes about its destiny on its own. It never needed a 'me' to run it at all. How could such a thought have arisen and held sway? There is nothing more wonderful than arriving back home again to one's Source.
