Like many agencies/programs, even goodwill programs for toon adjustment require a lot of other commercial offers and side-deals to stay afloat.

In this case, Merrie’s training is performed through numerous, often stacked temp jobs. From scrubbing toilets, food service, cleaning, to anvil testing–she’s gonna have one hell of a resume at least.

Just make sure she doesn’t forget what hand she’s using.

Meet Merrie, an inkblot/rubberhose toon adjusting to a modern society free of slapstick and demanding of long character arcs and extended universes.

She isn’t as mischievous as a lot of her kind, but her extreme will to please and gullibility make her a favorite of the rehabilitation program. There, she is assigned with numerous jobs at drastically lower pay. Given her rubbery nature, she can wedge into any cranny for cleaning. You could even flatten her for safe storage.
