I have to take this unfortunately. It’s possibly the hardest thing I’ve ever done. I’m starting to forget why I’m even doing Biochemistry.

I thankfully never had to take it, but covered it in Intro to Biology briefly. That was enough for me.

As soon as I asked, my brain was like "NOOOOOOOOO", but it was too late. And you're right, I'm pretty sure I'm his favorite person in that class already. Well, not counting the two actual Science majors in there, but whatever.

...Says the girl doing Quantum Chemistry work. I swear, that makes me want to cry just hearing it.

He is pretty cool. Like I kinda wanna give him a hug sometimes…that sounds so weird, but it’s true! Have fun with your Texan Mosquito Theory though. I’ll just be over here, crying while attempting Quantum Chemistry.

Oh my god, I know! I made the mistake of asking him what exactly the Texan Mosquito Theory is, and his face like, lit up, and he started rambling about carrying capacity and population growth, and I was just like, "OMG, YOU'RE TOO CUTE. LET ME HUG YOU AND YOUR SCIENCE FANBOY SELF".

Actually, no, I wasn't. I was more like "This is adorable, but what the hell have I gotten myself in to", if we're being honest. Either way, he's adorkable.

I should be learning from you", and now I'm looking at a syllabus that's talking about studying a Texan Mosquito Theory. Plus, I only need this science credit to have all of my gen. ed. stuff done. Might as well challenge myself, you know?

Technically a bit of both. It’s a scheduled class, but my trainer isn’t in till next week so I’m just going in to use the time to practice. You should definitely come with though.

Okay, I will! I'm going to be so stiff tomorrow, but it'll totally be worth it. What time should I meet you and where?

Sidenote: I apparently signed up for Ecology, at some point...

I’d prefer dance than study the human brain. But I guess it must be physically impossible to dance so early. :P

I would definitely pick dance over studying the brain first thing, but I'm like, super stiff from not practicing over break. Luckily, this was just my Modern Dance class. Ballet tomorrow is going to suck.

I totally would neighbor, if it weren’t for the fact I have classes till 6 and then 2 hours of boxing. Oh and I have to be up at 5 tomorrow…And to think I was excited for break to be over. :p

Ugh, I know right? I will never complain about being bored again.

...Wait, is the boxing you're doing for a class, or is it just a workout? Because if it's just a workout, can I come with?

Starbucks Run // Whair

“We are better looking!” Whit flips her hair dramatically, laughing as they make their way out into the cold midnight wind.

When the subject changes Whit stiffens briefly as they walk to the curb and hail a cab. Sure, the ‘good starbucks’ is only a few blocks away, but Whit is feeling lazy and, most of all, cold. She doesn’t really see the point in walking down the street in her sweats, even if they are a super cute shade of magenta.

She leans into her best friend while they wait. “I know you didn’t mean it like that. You know I just take things too seriously sometimes.” She pauses and let’s Blair continue with what she’s saying. It seems that she is, in fact, right. “Okay. Okay. I like that better. You’re right!” Whit nudges Blair with her hip playfully, as is their habit with one another. “Like always, B,” the taller girl adds feigning annoyance.

"Well, what can I say?" Blair said, nudging Whitney back. "I'm just that smart!" She said, rolling her eyes playfully. "Lucky for you, I'm willing to use my superior knowledge to help out my friends." She let go of Whitney's arm as a cab pulled up to the curb, opening the door and gesturing for Whitney to go first. "After you, m'lady," she said, smiling widely.

She got in after Whitney, shutting the door behind her and giving the cab driver the address for the Starbucks. "Okay, so, tell me what's being going on with you. I feel like I've missed a lot," she said, sitting back against the seat and looking at Whitney expectantly.

Starbucks Run // Whair

Whit stepped back as the door opened. She couldn’t help but smile listening to her friend’s longwinded explanation. She loved Blair and her general enthusiasm for life. “Thali always does know all the great indie bands,” she agrees stepping inside and closing the door behind her. “I still don’t think I’m taking that as a compliment though,” Whit admits, referencing Blair’s claim that she’s predictable. While her friend is right, she hates feeling like she’s always seen as a stick in the mud, though it may just be a personal complex. Admittedly, she hasn’t figured that one out yet.

“Anyways,” the both say the word at the same time. Whit gestures to Blair, giving her the floor to speak. She adjusts her bag on her shoulder as she listens. “We totally all need to start going out together again. Thalia too! We really make the best group.” Whit nods as she follows Blair out the door.

"I know, right?" Blair asked, automatically reaching out and linking her arm with Whitney's happily. "I mean, really, the only group better than us? The Beatles," she said, giggling. "And let's be honest: we're better looking."

She squeezed Whitney's arm gently, shaking her head. "The predictable thing isn't a diss, by the way. I mean it in the cheesy, mushy, 'I know you're always going to be there for me' way." She shrugged, smiling softly. "You always end up with one shoe under your desk, you're always going to drool over Joss in a short dress, and you're willing to drop anything to help out a friend. Predictable, but in an awesome way," she added.

Don't know what I would do without these two goofballs. :)
