"Abigail liddell, that’s a great name," he grinned. "I’m The Doctor," he took her hand and shook. "How did you end up arrested, then? Or abducted," he added as an afterthought.
Abigail blushes “thank you ” before catching on to his name “the doctor … the oncoming storm, the valeyard ,the warrior ” she said with big eyes ” and i was caught i was just having fun looking around “
"You've heard of me?" He said in surprise. "Well," he stretched his collar and looked around again, "I s'pose it's not that surprising. But look at this," he gestured around the little cell. "An entire base to explore," he smiled at her. "Shall we?" He offered his hand.
((Back soon! :) ))
"Oh, could’ve been anything, really," he shrugged. "I didn’t get a look," he admitted. "Too busy concentrating on you," he frowned. "You didn’t even choose to come with me, you see," he stared off at nothing in particular. "I didn’t even tell you about the dangers. When you’ve travelled for as long as I have, you make enemies," he moved his gaze up to meet hers. "When I agreed to bring you, I put you in danger. Maybe I should take you home."
"No! Please," Emily said sitting up again. "That is nothing compared to what’s back home." She stopped herself and bit her lip. She only just barely escaped last time, and she was lucky she didn’t pass out from escaping. Her covered arms still hurt from her narrow escape.
"Why?" The Doctor said, a curious glint in his eyes. "What is so bad about your home?" he questioned, and then frowned. "You were very accepting of my time and space machine. And the bigger on the inside - you barely even blinked. Can I trust you?" he asked her, not particularly harsh or angry with his tone. He spoke with a perfectly calm voice.
"I'm not in the habit of accepting rides from strangers."
"Oh, I'm much better than a stranger," he grinned, but held out his hand. "Why don't we make ourselves... not-strangers?" he questioned. "I'm The Doctor."
"Ah, yes, hello!" The Doctor said eagerly, going over to the woman sat in front of him. "As for blind, well," he pulled off the fabric covering her eyes, and then quickly loosened her ties. "Better?" he asked with a grin, running a hand through his bushy brown hair.
"Yes , hello , much better "she said rubbing her wrists and smiling at the tall man and offering her hand for him to shake
"I am Abigial liddell the archive and its a pleasure to meet you "
"Abigail liddell, that's a great name," he grinned. "I'm The Doctor," he took her hand and shook. "How did you end up arrested, then? Or abducted," he added as an afterthought.
The Doctor appraised her. ”Do you have problems with psychic energies, Emily?” he questioned her. He glanced over the river, and it was clear that they weren’t going to be followed over the river - or not right at that moment, anyway.
Emily looked at the doctor as the screeching slowly silenced. “I’m sensitive to it…” She said. “But I’m not psychic. I’m more Empathic.” She eventually relaxed and laid back. “What were those? they were mad at you for some reason.”
"Oh, could've been anything, really," he shrugged. "I didn't get a look," he admitted. "Too busy concentrating on you," he frowned. "Jump!" The Doctor yelled suddenly, seeing a quickly approaching river. "Trust me," he added, wondering if she would doubt his ability to get them both across safely.
Emily look unsure for a second but leaped anyway, closing her eyes and shivering as she kept a firm hold on the doctors hand. She felt her energies spark, but held it down as she jumped.
The Doctor’s feet collided with the ground, and he rolled for a few feet before coming to a halt. He picked himself up and looked back across the river, putting on his brainy specs. ”Are you alright?” he questioned Emily.
Emily was tense and shaking, but was taking deep breathes to calm herself. “Y-Yeah… I think so…” She said. She shuddered again and covered her ears. “Ow… they won’t stop screeching….”
The Doctor appraised her. "Do you have problems with psychic energies, Emily?" he questioned her. He glanced over the river, and it was clear that they weren't going to be followed over the river - or not right at that moment, anyway.
"Cheeky, you are," The Doctor said with a grin. "I'm not buying you any more chips!" he added, still beaming.
"Leave her alone," The Doctor said, straightening up and approaching Clara. He could see the fear in his companion’s eyes and it ignited a fire of rage within him - he would protect his companions, the people he cared for deeply. "Clara, it’s okay. Stay calm, I’m going to fix it," he stood directly in front of her, his eyes boring into hers. "I promise."
"Doctor? What’s wrong?" Clara asked confused and there was fear on her eyes. What was he talking about? Was there something in her that it needed to be fixed? "Would you mind explain?" she asked, wanting an answer for what it was going on, but then she was caught in a extremely access of pain coming from nowhere and she had to repress a shout, her eyes wetting with tears.
"Don't hurt her!" The Doctor said, almost begging. The desperation on his face was a rare emotion. "What do you want?" he demanded, stepping away from Clara, in case his proximity was causing the thing possessing her to hurt her.
"Jump!" The Doctor yelled suddenly, seeing a quickly approaching river. "Trust me," he added, wondering if she would doubt his ability to get them both across safely.

"What is it for, then?" The Doctor yelled over the sound of both pounding feet and the hideous screeching from behind. He was about to lead them back towards the TARDIS when something exploded to the right of them, and he pulled Emily left to avoid it. "Why does this always happen?" he demanded of no one, feet still hammering against the soil.
Emily yelped as she was yanked to the side. “Defence!” She answered, still stumbling and trying to keep up. She kept looking back to see what it was, but it was hard to see.

The sonic screwdriver gave a tiny whirr of noise, and the doors pushed open, silently. ”This really is disappointing,” he mused to himself as he leaned out of the doors and looked both ways. The corridor was also lined with steel, but it was empty. He couldn’t even see any cameras. ”Just in case,” he muttered to himself, and pressed a button on the sonic. Any cameras hidden would re-loop the last five minutes, hiding them from view. ”C’mon,” he said to Aurora with a grin, extending his hand.
Aurora look a glance around the hall. Taking hold of the Doctor’s hand as he offered it to her. Allowing him to lead the way.
"Left?" he offered, when they reached a corner. "Probably leads us towards trouble," he grinned manically.
The Doctor’s eyes widened almost comically for a moment. ”Right,” he stretched the word. ”Well then, Emily. How are you with running?” he questioned her, with a tone of almost casual interest.
Emily gave a casual shrug, but her tone gave away at how tense she was. “I’m pretty quick.” She said. “What direction?” She kept her eyes fixed on the objects direction, her hand still on her sword and ready to fight.
He gestured behind them with his thumb. He also noted the sword. ”Nice sword, by the way. But no violence, and definitely no stabbing,” he frowned, and then held out a hand. ”Run,” he said urgently, his voice just louder than a whisper.
Emily grabbed his hand and ran with him. “It’s not for violence!” Emily said as she sensed the danger chancing after them and a horrible screeching in her ears. She almost stumbled from the sound but forced her legs to keep going.
