God I love him so much but I never draw him
Stuck in an airport so i had to use my finger to draw grrr
REMINDER TO VOTE FOR BUSHROOT IN THE TUMBLR SEXYMAN POLL‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️
Megavolt, Quackerjack and Bushroot
This drawing is old, I've even redesigned Megavolt already, but I really love this drawing so I'm posting it
Since Quakie is in prison, I thought it would be appropriate to take his hat off, and he dislikes that a lot because he's been hating having his face seen again for a while now.
Megavolt keeps his glasses on, as they are magnifying glasses and he can't take them off because he needs them to see.
Bushroot is there too
color test -> “ok but what if”
Bushroots been plaguing me with this song for a good few days now and this is the result
Gonna ramble about him so. Read if you wanna
I love Bushroot so much and thank you for bringing this up, so:
Whenever I think of Bushroot, I picture him with this line: "His victim complex is so huge that even people in real life believe him." He's a bad person, and the fact that his circumstances led him to be this way doesn't matter, because there's this very true saying: "Your experiences don't excuse you from being a bad person."
He often seems like he doesn't want to do the things he does, but it doesn't matter if he ends up doing them anyway. I have immense empathy for this character because I, too, am a victim of bullying, but the difference is that Bushroot believes he has the right to do anything because he feels that everything is an attack against him. Whenever he’s on screen, he feels attacked by everything; he feels like a victim of everyone and everything. (Victim complex)
And regarding that line from Dt17 about “He’s not bad” or something like that, I’ll simply say that Bushroot is a grown man who wasn’t dragged into or forced to be part of a group called “The Fearsome Four.” He can always say that he doesn’t want to be bad or that he doesn’t see himself that way or whatever, but his words don’t match his actions, and that’s why he can never stop saying he isn’t a villain, because I dare say he is one unconsciously (though, I repeat, he joined a group called “The Fearsome Four,” so I think he’s aware of it in one way or another).
I have many thoughts about him and many analyses, but I'm bad at putting them into a text without rambling, I'm terrible.
Conclusion: Basically, Reggie is a victim of himself

Absolute cinema 🙌🏽
BYEEE , después de tiempo que no subo algo
Theyr so silly 2 me…. a little duck and his big dog husband…..
Every time I rewatch the episode "Whiffle While You Work," I find myself empathizing more & more with Quackerjack.
I promise, it's not just because I have a bias in favor of Quackster. It's also the whole thing with Pat & Pat developing this incredible technology of transferring living matter into a video game, just so they don't have to pay programmers. Sound familiar?
I mean, revisiting the show as an adult has always made me tilt my head in hindsight. That's honestly to be expected because it's been 30+ years since the original production & broadcast so there's inevitably gonna be elements that haven't aged well.
Like how Quackerjack Toys is seemingly an independent company that went out of business because he was competing with multimillion-dollar conglomerates. His toys being too dangerous for kids wouldn't be introduced until later(?) episodes, so making HIM the villain in "Whiffle" is a bit iffy. (Again, it was the early 90s. The culture was still riding off the superficiality of the 80s & the video game craze at the time had reached its peak with THE WIZARD.)
But also, aside from all the Mike Teevee references I could make with Pat & Pat's technology, I find it EXTREMELY hard do sympathize with the brainless yuppies who are basically proto-techbros using their cartoon fantasy equivalent of generative AI for their video games.
I disagree with Quackerjack's sentiments of "video games rotting your brains," (again, very 90s sentiment from boomer parents), but if he knew who the REAL enemy was I'm sure we'd agree that AI slop makes you uncreative & stupid. 'Nother words, rots your brain.
did someone say fenton sketch page ?? oh. WELL BECAUSE I DID !!! favorite character ever
I actually love how he looks in this issue sm I luv you Reginald
The three honourable lads
Do you remember the episode where Fenton spoke unflatteringly about Gyro's mind?
QUACKERJACK FANART‼️❤️
I'm not a fan of characters who are jesters or similar, but Quackerjack has certainly been the exception. I really love his character.
I gave it a lot of things in his design, like more bells and other details, in addition to the obvious heterochromia.
