Vintage look, circa 1950.  Even though I think this was just a Halloween costume dress, it has the look and feel of something that Betty Page or Bunny Yeager might have worn.  (By the way, if you don’t know who Bunny Yeager was, check out http://www.bunnyyeager.net   She was an icon and a pioneer in both posing for pinups, and taking the pictures herself.  Quite a lady – many of us owe her a great deal of gratitude.
