I got all I need
When you came after me
skullpcinterâ:
đȘ  ââ as the driver pulled around to the circular driveway of the sizable house, ireland could be seen at the front of his house. the socialite was dressed unexpectedly casual (his pajamas) and sipping from a glass of water. his bare feet on the pavement and his free hand in his pocket, ireland waved at the rose as he got out of the paid care. âwelcome to my abode. when i told them to bring me a gold i didnât expect him to be asâŠ.interesting looking as you. sorry, was that too forward? do you want anything to drink? i have wine for days.â
@andrei-sotoâ
When the guards had come to collect him, Andrei had been curled up on the bed in his cell, nearly asleep. It had been for that reason alone that he hadnât fought too much or snapped at them as they got him ready in clothes that complimented the golden thorns around his neck. The human was far more awake by the time he arrived at the masterâs house and stepped out of the car, Andreiâs gaze flicking up and down the otherâs figure as he stepped closer to him.  âIâll take that as a compliment. And, no, Iâm fine.â The less drink he had, the better.
roulliersâ:
âNow, I donât usually care for anyoneâs opinion,â Juliet started off quite loudly towards the person nearest whom she could find close to her usual table at the garden. She fluttered her bright brown eyes pleadingly towards them as though the next question were simply casual conversation. After all, this fae was never one for subtlety. But many a stupid humans from Hollywood had fallen prey to her naturally demure looks. âBut what would be more effective in murder? Poison in a cup? A knife to the back? Theoretically, of course.â
It was not like she was going to murder anybody. That would be absurd! Imagine all the blood she has to wash off.Â
âThat seems to be something we have in common.â And one of the reasons that Andrei got himself into trouble. Maybe if he cared more about others opinions and thoughts, heâd be a more agreeable Rose and the thought of it wouldnât disgust the human as much. He shook his head, dismissing the thought, and turned his attention back to the fae. The question wasnât really one he expected, which was evident by the way that Andrei paused.  âTheyâd probably both be effective, but Iâd go with poison. Subtle enough and if you can find a poison that makes the death look like it was from natural causes, people might not look into it too much.â
lukaramirczâ:
âyou knowâŠiâm minding my own businessâŠso maybe you can i dunnoâŠmind yours too?â luka was trying to enjoy the books he smuggled out of the library, but it was harder to do it discreetly without people wondering why he had like three of them. especially since he wasnât in his cell for the time being, but tucked away in one of the rec rooms. âyouâre makinâ me uncomfortableâŠâ he murmured, glancing up and away from the person. âat least sit down or something like a normal personâŠand notâŠhover over me.â
âRelax, Iâm not here to harass you or anything.â Andrei retorted, pointing at the gold thorns around his neck, resting a shoulder against the rec room entrance. The guy probably got that shit enough from masters and mistresses that Andrei saw no reason to add to it personally. He gestured the same hand lazily at the books the other man was reading.  âI was wondering if I could steal one of those. I was reading it last time we were all out of our cells.â
briarfmâ:
the WATER was mind-numbing in a sense, as years of swimming would do that. though there was no set objective, she simply enjoyed the relaxation of it. she moved leisurely, but enough to keep her AFLOAT. yet, her attention falls on the one standing at the edge of the pool, as she swam up to it. it had been her marker for the past COUPLE laps, but they didnât need to know that, unless they had been watching her. pulling herself up just enough for her arms to rest against the cool stone, hazels hues are directed up to them, â youâve come to enjoy the pool ? â
The pool wasnât a usual haunt for Andrei, but everywhere else was just feeling way too crowded and so heâd gone in search of somewhere a little more peaceful. This was about the best spot with only one other person there. Andrei had paused for just a second, debating whether or not he just wanted to hang out near the edge of the pool or get in when the other Rose approached him. The human gave her a faint smile and shrugged.  âI was thinking about it, yeah.â
crywoofâ:
It was a small consolation, the gardenâs library, filled to the brim with books in all sorts of Fae languages â human, as well â from folklore, to pornographic erotica, the options were limitless. It was, however, a task to enjoy a book without being interrupted by a curious Fae, eager for the pleasures the Roses were there to provide.Â
It settled low in his gut, the feeling sick.Â
He didnât belong here. He shouldnât be here. He hadnât killed Elliot, no matter the evidence. Despite his brotherâs choices, choosing Dark over Light, he had still loved him. He did not kill him. Though, the Morrigan had looked at him with her sharp eyes and declared the only suitable punishment was life as a Rose.Â
He reached, then, for a book, fingers bumping against anotherâs. His hand dropped away quickly, fingers curling in on themselves. âSorry,â he murmured, only then daring a look at them.Â
The library was easily one of Andreiâs favorite places in the garden, having been an avid reader before. At least with a good enough book he could get invested enough that everything else seemed to disappear for a bit. Though there were quite a few books that he couldnât read, not having any clue about how to read the Fae language. Right now, Andrei was browsing along the shelves for something interesting to read, only half paying attention to those around him until his fingers bumped against anotherâs.
Andreiâs hand jerked back and he cleared his throat, glancing over at the other Rose.  âNo, youâre fine. Go ahead.â He gestured to the book theyâd both been reaching for.  âI can find something else. Besides, going off just the title, Iâm pretty sure I wouldnât understand a word in that book.â
trapnestssâ:
âSadly my shifts in a few ours.â Komandâr grumbled as she grabbed his hand and began walking towards her cage to get pampered. Though she was a Gold rose, Komandâr was the highlight of the Garden of Eden. One of its veterans that some how has never been claimed even though she had so many suitors to or maybe because sheâd kill to stay here. âI promise you, when Roses first bloomed there was no limit. Now with humans evolved and the Wolves finding mates within these walls. Playtime has died out.â She teased back almost excited to talk about her old beatings.
âWeâll be able to clean you up a little before that.â Andrei followed along beside Komandâr, letting her steer him toward her cell. It was a bit of a surprise to him that the guards hadnât cleaned her up themselves once theyâd finished, but maybe they thought a master or mistress would find her prettier that way for whatever reason. The human didnât often try to understand the way their minds worked.  âYeah, well, donât let them hear you saying that, theyâll be trying to bring playtime back then and this place is enough of a hellhole.â Andrei couldnât imagine how much worse it could get and he didnât want to either.
malcolmgallagherâ:
âYeah, and if I couldnât get a rise out of them, Iâm pretty sure I would die of boredom,â Malcolm agrees, glancing around at the guards in the garden. They were never much in comparison to the masters, the punishments received from the latter always more intense. Still, he thought about trying to avoid confrontation with the guards as well, but most of the time, he couldnât help himself. âEh, if I could survive solitary, you could survive solitary,â he says, glancing at the guard the man gestured to.Â
âAnd we canât have that. I need someone to keep me company around this place.â There were plenty of other Roses around the Garden, obviously, but Andrei was usually picky about who he hung around with. Some of the âtamerâ ones he just couldnât understand. He smirked a bit and gave the guard a sarcastic little wave when the man looked their way before Andrei focused back on Malcolm.  âOh, yeah, probably. Sure as hell wouldnât be the first time that Iâve been put there, anyway.â

đ â
Victor never hid his interest in the Garden, nor the pleasures he partook within. It did well for him to do so, to flaunt his presence, his power. There was an order to their world and he was content to uphold it. Â
As such, he was in the mood for something with a bit more bite. Gold Roses had their merits, rough around the edges and disobedient. There was pleasure to be had in the bringing of them to heel.
Victor leaned down, one hand pressed flat against the table, the other plucking the book free of the humanâs grip. âAre you?â he mused, turning the book towards himself, skimming the text with a quick, sharp eye.Â
âThey both die in the end,â Victor drawled, snapping the book shut before turning his gaze on the man. âThere, no reason for you to be busy anymore.â His smile grew, sharp enough to cut, if the other dared. âAnd itâs Sir.âÂ
Andrei sighed irritably as the book was pulled from his hands, the humanâs eyes lifting to fix on the other man, one that he recognized quite well. Perhaps next time he needed to look a little harder for an appropriate hiding spot. He settled back in the chair, arms crossed, and offered a smile of his own once Victor had finished speaking. It was sarcastic, no real warmth shining in Andreiâs eyes. It might have been smarter to fear the masters a little more than he did, but for the most part, Andrei just found himself annoyed or angry. Sometimes both.
âHm.â He grunted and pushed himself up slightly so that he could rest his arms against the table, head cocked slightly to the side.  âI suppose itâs a good thing there are plenty of other books around here to keep me busy, sir.â

rosyfangedâ:
she wasnât in here for him. theodosia had chosen to come indoors knowing that that the murky weather was going to make her uncomfortably sticky â whoever she bumped into, she would bump into. unfortunately for the rose, that whoever happened to him. or perhaps he was in luck, even if it did not feel like it, for she was not theatrical enough to make a deal of him speaking up. her head tilts, a curious look on her face before it registered who he was speaking of her presence.Â
a smile tugs at her lips, arms falling so that her palms brushed the sheer fabric of her skirt, the same baby blue color of her eyes as she approached.   â      busy what? reading? perhaps you should thank me for interrupting you. that one isnât very good.     â     Â
It had become second nature to be a little defensive around the masters and mistresses, to push at them in an attempt to be left alone. Though some of them were probably kinder, maybe not really looking for anything but company, but Andrei had no interest in lowering his guard. He was angry that just knowing about faes had trapped him in the Garden and that anger translated into lashing out at the people he felt were entirely responsible for his situation.
He looked at her for a moment in silence, eyes narrowed before Andrei gave a short nod. The book was put back on the shelf and he turned to face her better.  âThen what would you suggest for reading?â
trapnestssâ:
âThe young ones are lacking.â Komandâr spoke in a teasing tone as she thought of those guards for example. âWe have more fucked up fantasies than what they can give.â She said timidly as she glances up at the man as he took a step closer. âPlease, back in my day the guards were some real Doms~these knew ones are weak. Itâll heal quicker then you think~ Some times they wanna play to.â The fae spoke as she looked down at her clothes. âWanna help me clean upâ
âIâll have to take your word for it. I feel like most of âem can be a little more creative than me.â Most of the masters around the place seemed to be quite a bit older than Andrei, which was still strange to him. How old some of them actually were, particularly when they looked younger than the human. He smiled a bit, looking her over one last time. It was probably a bit silly being worried when Komandâr seemed to be holding up alright.  âTheyâve gone downhill a little since your day, hm?â Andrei teased, but he nodded and stepped closer to her.  âYeah, câmon. Iâm sure youâll feel better once youâre in something else.â
malcolmgallagherâ:
âReally, their lack of patience makes me look like a saint,â he says, laughing. Malcolm took a particular joy in antagonizing any guard he runs into, regardless of consequence. He never enjoyed the outcome of anything around here even when he was âbehaving well,â so why not at least find some joy from their surroundings? He raises an eyebrow in shock, grabbing Andreiâs shoulder lightly, âA good boy? God, I never thought I would see the day, are you werenât switched, is this some sort of invasion of the body snatcherâs moment?â he jokes.Â
âYouâd think theyâd have a little more patience. But then it wouldnât be as fun hassling them.â One day, heâd probably piss off the wrong guard and really regret it, but that was something Andrei would worry about later. His lips twitched a bit at the question and Andrei couldnât help but laugh, shaking his head. âAs far as I know, Iâm still me. Give it time, I think the guy over there has been itching to throw me in solitary.â Andrei waved a dismissive hand over to the guard heâd been arguing with earlier.Â
trapnestssâ:
âNow if I was a master iâd have you hogtied with a mouth-spreader so i could teach that disrespectful mouth of yours a long hard lesson.â The sultry voice of the fae spoke in a slightly thick accent that was native to those who spoke the fae language. Her snake like eyes took in the mans appearance but it didnât take no difference from hers. Ripped clothes soaked in blood as her tatted skin and wild hair show signs of a slightly dark playtime the guards had with her but so odd reason her presence was only made more alluring. âIs it wrong to talk to my solitary confinement buddy?â
âOh, now, donât go giving them ideas. The masters around here can be plenty creative on their own.â Andrei had witnessed that first hand, too. Hell, heâd even enjoyed some of it, though that wasnât likely something that the human would admit. Why give the masters the satisfaction of knowing, really. He tsked softly and glanced up with a small smirk, though it faltered a moment later when Andrei noticed the state the fae was in.  âOf course not.â He replied, putting the book back in its place before he stepped closer to the woman.  âAre you alright?â

đŠ â
Caleb frowned hearing the other man speak. He didnât make a point to come to the Garden often, the fay had been the reason to put far too many folk in the coffins of this place. But now, for the first time, in a long time - he had a reason to be here.Â
âYeah?â He questioned. âWhat are you busy with, hm?â Caleb walked over to the human, the golden thorns around the otherâs neck marking him as âdangerousâ.
Despite how often his mouth got him into trouble, Andrei just couldnât seem to help himself. Maybe it was a bit reckless to snap at someone he didnât even know, but it was almost second nature now to be on the defensive side. The human glanced up from the book, fingers curling around the edge of a page when the other man stepped closer to him.  âFor now? Trying to find something interesting.â Andrei looked the master up and down for a second, noting somewhat grudgingly that he was attractive.  âIâm sure you can find someone more...agreeable around here.â
marisolperzâ:
Marisol had been on her way for a drink as she lingered upon faces. She hadnât yet decided if she wanted to pluck a slave for her bed tonight. Rather, she only wandered and listened to mild chatter between individuals. As she paused to look off in the distance, she heard the voice of an individual who seemed unpleased with her regard on him. Not that sheâd been looking at him to begin with. âHas no one taught you to speak when spoken to, yet?â Her tongue clicked against the roof of her mouth.Â
âI was peering at the distance. Perhaps you should scurry along before you get the attention of someone who would put that mouth to better use.â
âOh, theyâve tried. It just apparently hasnât stuck.â Andrei lifted his gaze away from the book to considering the woman in front of him. The human snapped the book shut and slid it back onto the shelf, his expression bordering on something like disinterest. This was an attitude that often got him into trouble and he had yet to learn to curb his tongue. After a moment, Andrei turned his attention back to the library shelves, glancing at a few titles.  âI might, once I find something.â
