The ability to be honest enough with yourself to see what you could have done better or where you were emotionally regressive BUT not turning it into an urgency to act on especially with people who have chosen not to try and understand and love you through your learning process in life is like a ice cold glass of water after a looooong run

Not every correction we make in ourselves or our lives needs to be proven and demonstrated in order for it to be important work to do
