Sooo Joe went on a whirlwind trip to NYC that couldn’t have been more than 24-48 hours and went to go see The Outsiders, which is directed by the director of the Spring Awakening revival. Joe Locke Moritz feeling a bit realer……..

So Joe was randomly in nyc last Wednesday for 24 hours and saw the outsiders who has the same director as spring awakening 👀

To me that honestly is a bigger clue than any of the Steven likes etc

Joe was in Mexico in June for an unknown reason. A fan spotted him and took a photo with him. I wonder why he was there. London was in the middle of a heatwave so you fly to Mexico? Being a Joe stan is like being a part time detective.

The cast did an interview with Esquire where they were asked about men they look up to (I guess bc it’s a men’s magazine lol) and Joe named his granddad and his bestie/flatmate Sam. 🥺 Still know next to nothing about that man but their relationship seems super sweet. And it looks like he was at the premiere as well!! Along with Joe’s mum and Dylan. He’s so loved.

i love it so much!!! ive always adored joes friendship with sam so i love the fact that joe openly mentioned him and we know how much he loves his granddad!! joe is super loved!

Dying at Yaz AGAIN telling a reporter on the red (blue) carpet that Joe drinks coffee before kissing scenes.. love her but I feel like she’s kind of just tuned out the rest of the cast since 2022, bless her. And Joe shutting that down so vehemently, speak your truth king!

More Baby crumbs I think… Sam Max posted a casting call looking for twinks who can pass for 18-24 for minor/non-speaking roles in a shoot in NYC next week. He’s also looking for a twink of Middle Eastern descent for a “slightly more substantial” role playing the younger version of an older character who is of Egyptian/mixed background.

I assumed this was some new unrelated project, but I just saw Anita Gou shared it and said it was a “lil pick up shoot for our movie.” Anita runs Kindred Spirit, which is the production company working on Baby. So I think this most likely is for Baby! What this could mean in terms of plot I have no idea lol but. A crumb

Kit was truly left traumatized by Joe spending 6 months in Atlanta while filming Agatha.

The fact that he just brought it up again in an interview, always very detailed in how long Joe was away from him, like damn we get it 😂

I’m also behind on content but Joe’s so good in the film!!!! Not nice to see Charlie hurt so much obviously but I feel like they really let us sit in his pain in a way that previous seasons haven’t and Joe was amazing. [spoilers] The scene where he fights off a SH relapse killed me?? But we also got to see him be so strong and badass? Carrying the Truham queer community AND his and Nick’s relationship on his back, Charlie Spring for PM idk

i got spoiled by the fighting SH relapse scene but omg he was sooooo good????? like genuinely everytime i see joe his performance just gets better and better its insaneeeee

after watching jihoon i can’t help but root for him even more🥹 i know ppl talk shit abt fan service and how oh yeah artists are paid for it & I totally get that bt like jihoon is amazing at his job & also he does it with so much patience, consistency, humility, enthusiasm and spontaneity, its clear he loves what be does & appreciate the support very much…its just so cool to see (especially taking into account how some fans act and finicky organisers in some countries…i feel so blessed my country’s stop was solid😌) im a super new fan bt i genuinely wish him nothing bt the best and all the success in the world because he really deserves it

I’m definitely being way too sensitive and Joe is fine BUT I kind of didn’t love the way they kept making digs at Joe’s and ears (and today eyebrows I guess) during the basement series. :/ Like I KNOW they’re all friends and like to banter and insult each other, but it reminded me of those portraits they had Joe and Kit do last time and idk it just feels kind of shitty when Joe’s publicly made fun of for stuff he already gets bullied over so much. Especially when Kit was like “They are FUCKING MASSIVE, why don’t I have big ears,” and Joe was quietly like “I think I’d rather have small ears but alright.” Again I’m sure he’s completely fine and OBVIOUSLY Kit or Cori weren’t being purposefully mean in any way, just felt slightly icky to me!

I genuinely feel the same way but i feel like I’ve mentioned it so many times and then ive gotten asks being like babes its just jokes and im just like bleh but honestly watching that and hearing that, i was just rolling my eyes lol i think yaz’s facial expression when the camera panned to her face (after cori said what she said) was pretty much how i felt…idk ppl can be all oh bt they’re besties!!! Joes not gonna hold it against them!!! and im like sure yeah bt i still feel icky too especially hearing how small joe sounded saying “i think i rather have small ears”

A girl who did the open casting call said they had jack wolf sing with her. It was a Melchior/wendla song but personally Jack is so wrong for that part so I hope it was just him helping with auditions but people are going to hate that casting. And they are going to be pissed if they posted so much of this open casting call content and not actually hire anyone from it.

I’ve been enjoying the promo we’ve gotten so far, but between the Guardian article and the first few basement videos, I have to say I’m glad we have at least a little bit of solo Joe promo coming up, between the See-Saw podcast and the Esquire thing - and hopefully more, he became mutuals with Fearne Cotton recently so I’m hoping he might appear on her podcast! I’m just being reminded of the way Kit tends to talk over Joe and turn everything into a joke during HS press lol. (Not that there isn’t a place for that, I’m looking forward to the silly Joekit videos too, but!)

i love it too!!! bcos joes also doing quite a bit of projects here and there so i kinda hope he gets the opportunity to at least shed light on it!
