I took my daughter to go see Spiderman and eat at BW3's...the movie was okay...there was a surveillance camera propaganda part that was irrelevant to the plot which was decent but you could tell it had been written by a committee or AI. But it was a fun movie that we discussed over dinner, even though the waitress was awful, the food was good.
Good run, albeit humid, breaking in new Brooks running shoes and I hate them and having buyers remorse. They quit making my favorite NB's.

I was thinking about rather to buy this house or move and honestly I can't live next to the neighbors another year and I realized they made the whole neighborhood look and feel trashy. They have a huge backyard and garage but they spend all their time in their tiny front yard working on their cars and talking to people who drop by and block the street. Yeah Ive become that guy. I step out of my house and strangers stare at me. Fuck that. I'm moving.

Went for a run after work last night. New boss canceled everyone's overtime. I worked just enough every month to equal an extra paycheck a month to stay ahead. When they hired me, they promised all the overtime I wanted. It was only the last few months that they allowed that to happen. Yeah I know, corporations and bosses lie.
I guess I'll buy more Ramen.
Kids are expensive, even as they get older or move out. I'm not going to cause my kids to struggle on the edge of desperation because the bean counters discovered lobbyists.
Cleaning tonight and writing out a new budget. I'm still going on vacation in September, if I don't get fired for the meeting I'm going to have with the new boss.
