When Clark said “he’s not even a very good dog but he’s all alone and he’s probably scared so i have to go get him” I was so happy because someone in that writers room truly understands superman better than we’ve seen in a long time. This is the essence of superman - that every living being deserves kindness and empathy and love simply because they are alive. Clark is the kind of guy who’d cry when he got stung by a bee not because it hurt but because the bee died when it stung him and someone in the writers room knew that and made sure it came through.

was thinking about jerejean attending sports games after they've gone pro. like they're at an nba game sitting court side and the camera pans to them as guests. but jeremy is busy talking to his other seat mate so jean spots the camera first. he's leaned back in his seat, arm draped over the back of jeremy's. jeremy still hasn't noticed the camera so jean buries a hand in his hair and gives it a ruffle to get his attention. jeremy instantly turns to him, eyes shining and smiling. jean smiles back at him, amused, before nodding his head to the camera where jeremy promptly waves and flashes that winning smile and those gorgeous dimples. safe to say, that one clip of the moreaus goes viral
