TOUR ANNOUNCEMENT!!!

So far this year we’ve been lucky enough to release our debut album, play shows with our idols and a load of pretty awesome festivals…

Well, we’re not ready to stop yet!

We will be heading out this autumn on our biggest headline tour to date! Also, our mates (and fellow Midlanders), the amazing Max Raptor will be joining us, along with other supports tbc. This is going to be flippin’ mad!!! Oh, and some top dudes made us this video to celebrate, have a look to find out when we are coming to a town near you.

Sound City // NME // May 2015

A couple of weekends ago NME sent me to Liverpool to shoot the dockside antics of this year’s Sound City festival in it’s new home.

The industrial dockside setting was a lot of fun (especially for portrait setups) and the festival’s eclectic selection of bands booked across the several stages made it very much a festival for anyone. It’s probably a good job that Tumblr only allows ten photos per entry, as I could easily spam my own blog with tons more from this festival, but for now, here are a handful of my personal favorites.

Big thanks to my good pal and NME colleague, Andy Hughes for being a human light-stand over the weekend and thus making some of the portraits I shot possible.

I had to blog some images from this gig because it was crazy. The lead singer Sam France is a mix of Mick Jagger & Iggy Pop and had the whole audience in the palm of his hand. This gig was so wild I nearly received a broken nose, I think the results were worth it though.
