Living in Salt Lake now for a year I didn't realize how much there was to see in a city that is smaller in size. This particular day “un Jour à Salt Lake City” I just wanted to see what was in this city, that I have never seen before and all the great things that it offers like sights, food, architecture, concert halls, sporting areas, and the beautiful landscape that surrounds all of the things.
There are a lot of historic things to see in a city founded in 1847 by pioneers and a lot of old architecture that details the city beautiful with a twist of modern buildings that lay in between making up the Salt Lake City that we see today; from the old castle like County Building to the Capitol Building that rest upon the hill overlooking the city of people working away downtown. To each individual shop and restaurant that feeds a hungry city and helps the city constantly thrive. The tracks (UTA) that provides transportation and interweaves you between buildings allowing you to see the city from different angles that normal you wouldn’t see. A city contains so much and you never realize that until you go explore what’s right at your front door. Take a chance to see what’s in you city and let people know so they can understand why your city is so great.
