Jamie XX – Loud Places (feat Romy)
There’s been a lot of talk about Glastonbury’s Friday headliner. The changes aren’t going to effect me though, I’m planning on heading to the Park Stage to dance the night away with Jamie XX.

Father John Misty – True Affection
As one of the biggest breakthrough acts of 2015 Father John Misty will draw a big crowd when he performs at Glastonbury Festival next Saturday. It will be full of people – like me – who want to see if the former Fleet Foxes man can live up to the hype.
Future Islands – Haunted By You
I am so looking forward to hearing Samuel T Herring’s unique voice emanate from the (newly huge) Other Stage. (I am also pretty pleased to be seeing them tonight in Hyde Park. With tickets I got for free).
The Districts – Funeral Beds
These American boys will be one of the bands kicking Glastonbury off for me when the music starts on Friday. I’m looking forward to a singalong in the John Peel tent when the final chorus kicks in.
Sharon Van Etten – One Day
And we’re back! I’m counting down to Glastonbury with music from the acts I’m most looking forward to seeing. Sharon Van Etten is pretty high on the list and has the sunset slot at the festival’s magical Park Stage... it’s going to be beautiful.
Django Django – First Light
Hurray for the return of Scottish foursome Django Django! And new single First Light seems to pick up from the same polyphonic funky place they left off.
Alvvays – Archie, Marry Me
Alvvays were one of the best new bands to break through last year and Archie, Marry Me – a delightfully upbeat indie-pop track – is one of their best songs.
Letts – Matches
Heartfelt lyrics, harmonies and beautiful instrumentation... anyone missing the Mumford boys should give Letts a listen. The similarity isn't a coincidence either, Marcus Mumford produced Letts's forthcoming album.
Mac Demarco – Annie
Super looking forward to Mac bringing his summery brand of stoner garage rock to London's The Forum later.
Emmy The Great – Swimming Pool
Swimming Pool marks a bit of a change of direction for Emmy The Great – it's almost Lana Del Rey-esque, but calmer and cooler.
Chet Faker – Talk Is Cheap
From the 2014 album Built On Glass, this track is serene yet funky and somehow even manages to make saxophones cool again...
Sophie Jamieson – Take
Every bit as gorgeous as Sophie's previous stuff but somehow more epic-sounding with some lovely percussion and a new aggressive edge to Sophie's flawless vocal.
The War On Drugs – Red Eyes
From one of my favourite albums of 2014... I must have listened to this to 100 times and it still sounds fresh (in a totally 80s-influenced kinda way).
Childhood – As I Am
Hurray for more jangly and upbeat indie rock from Childhood – perfect for a Monday morning... or any morning.
Yppah – R. Mullen
You know when you find a track and you wonder how you ever lived without it? This is one of those tracks.
Allah-Las – De Vida Voz
'Voices carry through the canyon,' sings leader singer Miles Michaud and that's it, we're off on a hippy, happy road trip with the Californian foursome.
Read my review of Allah-Las's new album, here.
Chad Vangaalen – Lila
Haunting, a little bit weird but very beautiful – that's just how Chad Vangaalen rolls. This was already my favourite track from his new album, Shrink Dust and then I found out it was about his dog that died and now I love it even more.
