When life gives you tangerines (2025) EP08
you dont get how refreshing anne of green gables is like yes sometimes you really must imagine there are dryads combing their hair in the woods and little girls in the cupboard who love you and places called the lake of shining waters and lovers lane and be glad you live in a world where there are october’s and be full of love and wonder and whimsy and imagination
DESTINED WITH YOU 연애는 불가항력 2023, dir. Nam Ki Hoon

Give it to me
To all those who say that Han Seo should have killed Han Seok: yes, that would have been cool from abuser/victim pow, but like don’t you see that he could never actually do this? It’s completely out of his character, he couldn’t shoot his brother in the woods, he didn’t even think of using poison though he had so many chances. Yes, he attacked with a hockey stick, which was a massive development, but it was just to try to stop Han Seok (which he continuously repeated), not to KILL him. And even in the end, he could have turned the gun to Han Seok but instead, he chose to point it at himself, because he is not like his brother.
Also, the same applies to Hong Cha Yong, btw. Yes, she wished Han Seok and Choi Myung Hee dead but she wouldn’t have the guts to do it herself. Even if she did, it would have broken her inside and she would be haunted by nightmares, just like Vincenzo (just remember how she trembled when she saw her father’s killer go boom). Wishing/seeing/doing- these are all very different when it comes to killing. It’s never an easy decision to take someone’s life. That’s why it makes absolutely sense to me that Vincenzo did all what had to be done (in ways that only he could have done), because he has done it before and he has long before passed this point of no return. He decided not to lay this burden on Cha Yong, because he “wants to protect her virtue” and I very much respect him for that.
The way Cha Yong smiled before kissing Vincenzo again, when he said the sarang word, she was like FINALLY
Same, girl, same
Anyway, I’m very much satisfied with the finale, though it was hard to take.
Thank you everyone for clowning, we’re a clan!
what about the hot air balloon though???
I knew that something’s fishy when they showed Han Seo in preview and thought it might be from flashbacks, but hell it hurts so much anyway
“Nae dongsaeng jalhaesseo”😭
Han Seo is the epitome of the best character development, pass it on
after this roller coaster of emotions we got in ep 19, if we don’t get a Chayenzo kiss on the hot air balloon in the finale, i will sue for infliction of emotional distress
Well, but after this post were @riddhibhatt said about Inzaghi representing Vincenzo heart, I rewatched ep.4 and found this delicious crumb of confirming evidence:
And then he goes to rescue Chayoung from prison
This show
