Hi, this is just a note to say that the gif you recently posted of a dog standing on its hind legs is actually a dog abused so that it would do so. :( I only just found out after showing it to my friend (and you can check the source of the gif to read about it). I just thought you might want to know b/c I don't think you'd want to reblog smthn like that (as you only seem to reblog cheerful and cute things)! Anyway, thanks for this blog. Seeing cute things makes my day. :)

Thank you for letting me know. I have looked up the source and, you are correct, that dog was abused by its owner in order to learn the standing/dancing trick. I am disgusted, and that post will be removed immediately. Abuse of animals in never ok, and all in the name of a trick - despicable.

Followers, if you reblogged the dancing poodle gif from me, I encourage you to delete it, so as to not encourage animal abuse in the name of entertainment. I will not post a link to the abuse video in question - I just don’t want that on this blog. It is devastating to see.
