Jane Hopper also known as Eleven as a character genuinely makes me cry, and the fact she was so let down by the creators tears my heart apart. Looking at pictures when she was young makes me so emotional. She wasn’t herself in the last season, merely a husk of what she was in past seasons, it’s criminal how badly they messed it up. Jane my angel you’re forever in my heart ☹️☹️♥️
if will was a girl, byler wouldve happened so fast its crazy. it honestly makes my soul ache a bit.
if mike spent all his hours searching for her to try and get her to come home, if mike sobbed in his mothers arms when he thought she was dead, if mike was staying over night in the hospital multiple times by her side, always at her house, never leaving her side when she was possessed, always taking her home when she wasnt feeling well, if mike said they’d go crazy together, if she was screaming for mike when she was having mind flayer visions, if mike said becoming her friend was the best thing he’d ever done, if they fought in the rain and mike biked to her house in the pouring rain just to say sorry and when shes not there he goes to her secret spot to find her, if she painted him something for months and poured her soul into it, if her powers were ignited the moment he was in danger and she gained her strength by thinking about them as little kids, if she was in love with him all her life…….
the craziest part is half those things would never have happened because if will was a girl — only a couple of those things would’ve needed to occur for the GA and the duffers to decide they needed to be endgame.
our queer loving is beautiful, so beautiful it has to be completely diminished to make people believe it was never there.
idgaf if the writers intended him to be a straight man feeling guilty in the coming out scene. all i see is mike realizing will loved him and that he already moved on. he realizes the two at the same time. he had a chance but not anymore. he took too long. he's too late, as always.
