Rinoa wanted to blame drinking for it happening but she only had sodas the entire time she hung out with Seifer. She had no one to blame but herself for thinking back and him for still being attractive in his looks and somewhat charismatic. She hated it because she did and didn’t want to forgive him for what he had done to her. She was way too quick to fall back into the memories of that summer they spent together and how she felt like she could fly forever. She felt that way again once they were both tangled within one another.

Rinoa woke up but kept her eyes closed in fear that once she did that Seifer’d be gone and she’d have to convince herself to hate him again.
