in my head, in the au of the au (au^2), metal was created to (illegally) have sonic's voicebank, like an utau, but as an ai he gained S E N T I E N C E and rejected utatu-ism to the heavens above, and spent a fuckton of money getting modded. tweaked the voicebox to be darker and scratchier, went for a darker blue, got jagged stripes, etc etc etc. so hes both metal and neo metal simultaneously huehuehue. call him... numetal ahgiuhaiuh
starline pushed surge and kit to do music, but kit only liked piano, and surge didnt know how to incorporate that into her nu-metal sound, so kit resigned to writing lyrics and instrumentals instead. starline also pushed them to take in metal, trying to aim for eggman's attention, but when metal went rogue, his decision sorta backfired. at least hes rolling in cash?
blaze is like a goth emo rich girl and takes all the money she makes and gives it back to the community, but she has "im-too-fortunate-in-life" syndrome and feels guilty about having such fortune at birth, so she overworks herself (and writes an album about stress OOP)

my persona (pictured‼️) is a shapeshifter bc i cant ever just keep one persona... yes they have influences of sonic art styles and designs. all his forms have names. the hedgehog is v.cloud, and hes lasted 2 weeks, so he must like that form. the chameleon is v.raihen (v.蕾変). i drew a lot of v.raihen but half of it was venting lmao, so i dont feel like sharing oop... the entity of my persona is named metamo. damn i treat him like a separate entity tch
