What kind of cookies are these? They remind me of shortbread or meringue cookies but Im not sure

they're meringue cookies, yeah ! most grocery store cookies just come in as frozen pucks of dough, but meringue doesn't really work like that so before a big holiday comes up they'll usually give me a full shift where I just make a bunch of meringue cookies in fun designs. that day though I only had a half shift so I just did colours
