So I get a text from the PM this morning. The landlord is stopping by tomorrow but probably won't disturb me. No big deal. Plus, he usually texts me directly if he needs to get into my apartment so I figure it's probably about more repairs related to the roof leak.

Upstairs neighbor texts me freaking out, sends me a screenshot of the text he got, and asking why the property owner is stopping by. His text message SAYS they will be doing repair work where the leak occurred in his apartment. IT SAYS THE REASON IN HIS TEXT MESSAGE. This dude is an idiot.

And then I see the funniest part of the text message.

THE OWNER ASKED THE UPSTAIRS TENANT TO "TIDY UP" BEFOREHAND. 😂
