I'm south Korean and here's my idea: How about portray south and north Korea as oriental magpie? That bird is generally treated positively in Korean culture and is a official national bird of North Korea

Thank you so much for the idea!! I’m sorry it took me so long to actually create designs, but oriental magpies are incredibly beautiful birds and I love the idea of representing South and North Korea as them!

I thought naming them “Southpie” and “Northpie” was cute enough, these deigns are roughly based on the images I had of the birds themselves- only adding their previous character hats since they’re the iconic piece really lol
