As an omorashi fan 1st and a diaper fan 2nd, i personally love the idea of someone holding it even while padded because its an inopportune time to have to change or they risk leaking (pull-ups 🤤) or because they wanna prove that they can hold it and use the toilet like a grown up. And if course that leads to losing control and leaking and being embarrassed that you couldn’t make it to the bathroom. Or, even better, going some, realizing it’ll leak if you keep going, and then trying to rush to find a bathroom only for the inevitable to happen anyway. And of course it’s even better (at times) with training pants.
