Im glad to see that many consider stuffing to be effectively savory bread pudding. Now if only I remembered that I could make it more than once a year.

#text #it's so easy to make too #cut up some stale bread into small chunks #sautee your aromatics #throw it all in a bowl with a of eggs and some stock #then mix it up and generously season with herbs #then bake #it could not be simpler lol
