Goofy Litte Thing

A/N: Starts out pretty cute but ends up goody af. THIS IS LITERALLY JUST A VOID, NOTHING, EMPTY AIR. I'm really only writing and posting this because my silly imaginative self got very, very bored. 

Chan does great under pressure, but is usually very stressed out. After the group has finished touring and his infamous working laptop has reached a temperature he knows occurs only when overused (which happens pretty often), he finally gets to go home and relax in your waiting warm arms. Ever since he met you, he's known you to be warm and gentle. You find ways to take pressure off his shoulders that otherwise would have him feeling constantly drowsy.

When he gets home and finds you laying on your shared bed, reading a book and waiting so patiently for him, he can't help but smile and crawl up next to you so you could engulf him in your seemingly never-ending tranquility.

Wrapping his arms around your waist while you spooned him had to be his favorite feeling in the whole world. You have no idea how much he loves you, to the point where he feels as if he could explode with affection.

Then he hears your sweet, serene voice.

"Channie Hyung , if you're tired you should take a shower first. You smell like outside shit."

Then Chan woke up to find Seungmin smushing pillows on his face and reminding him that, no, he did not have a loving girlfriend. Just insomnia and 7 very picky kids.

BangChan is at a breaking point. He's been carrying the weight of the Fandom on his shoulders, giving us everything he has, and now he's being torn down over a misunderstanding. 

Whether he said “another home” or “second home” is irrelevant, he did nothing wrong, and yet he is facing hate that no one deserves. This is just not just unfair, it's cruel and inexcusable.

Do you realize what this could do to him? He's already been open about his struggles and this kind of negativity could push him to a place we can't come back from. We cannot let that happen. We cannot let BangChan lose himself because of our actions and our silence.

We need to step up and do better. This is our responsibility as a Fandom. If you're a Stay, act like one. Stop the hate, stop the negativity, and start showing the love and support BangChan and StrayKids deserve. Flood social media with positivity. Let BangChan know he's not alone. Let him know that we're here for him, no matter what.

Spread these words. Tell every Stay you know. We cannot let this continue, and StrayKids cannot live without BangChan. He is the leader, the protector, and the heart of StrayKids. Let's protect him like he's protected us time and time again.

Enough is enough. This behavior is disgraceful, and it ends now. Stays need to come together, stronger than ever, and rise above this. BangChan needs our support, not just now, but always. Let's make sure he feels the love of millions behind him that he is irreplaceable.
