Bruchim Ha'baim

At last, our Temple community becomes our Israel community. We are so excited to begin our official journey together. We have come from many places, and a few of us arrived early and spent the day taking in the view from Mount Scopus and walking the grounds of Hebrew University, imbibing the sights, smells and tastes of the Machane Yehuda market and visiting landmarks such as the Israel Museum and the Church of the Holy Sepulchre.

After a shehechiyanu that we are all together, the whole group enjoyed a delicious dinner ar Modern, the restaurant inside The Israel Museum in Jerusalem. Kids, teens, and adults from 20’s - 80 enjoyed our first evening together! Tomorrow: Old City touring, waking, sites, tunnels and more.
