Decorating a house, when I know I will never own one. Making a kid's room because I probably will never have a family...
Being loved by neighbors (OH SHII I FORGOT TO DELIVER A PACKAGE TO A VILLAGER) because the world just isn't friendly like that.
Being able to give gifts of "luxury" to real friends and feeling successful, because I'd never be able to afford their dream gifts irl.
Being able to keep walking and running, when I know my body will never be as healthy and strong....
Real altruism exists in this bubble if I bring it!
